Last updated: 01/07/2026This Privacy Policy explains how Fireborn Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website, app-based coaching services, and related products.

2. What data we collect
Contact information (name, email); training and progress data (workouts, weights, body stats); nutrition data (calculated targets, and logged intake if you choose to track it); progress photos (optional); app usage and check-in data; questionnaire/onboarding responses, which may include health-related information such as medication use (including weight-loss medication) and menopausal status; payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store your card details ourselves).
3. Special category data
Some information you provide during onboarding — specifically medication use and menopausal status — is classed as special category data under UK GDPR. We collect this only to personalise your training and nutrition targets, and only with your explicit consent given at onboarding. It is not used for any other purpose.
4. How we use your data
To set up and deliver your training program and nutrition targets; to communicate with you about your account and coaching; to process payments; to improve our service.
5. Who we share data with
We use the following third-party services to deliver our service, each processing data on our behalf under their own privacy terms: Trainerize (training/nutrition app delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Typeform (onboarding questionnaire), and Zapier (connects the above services). We do not sell your data, and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep your data
Financial/payment records: retained 6 years, in line with UK tax law. Special category data (medication use, menopausal status): removed from your account when your subscription ends. Other account data: retained while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised within 6 months of cancellation unless we’re required to keep it for legal reasons.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time (this may affect our ability to provide personalised coaching). To exercise these rights, contact yes@fireborn.uk.
